2. Description of Service

MeasureYourself provides online quizzes for personality, relationship, political, and moral self-assessment. Results are for informational and educational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

• You must authenticate via a supported OAuth provider to use the service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information.

4. Free and Pro Tiers

• Free users may take each quiz once per month with 12 months of result history.
• Pro users have unlimited quiz attempts, unlimited history, deeper insights, and an ad-free experience.
• Pro subscriptions are billed through our payment provider.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
• Scrape or automatically collect data from the service
• Impersonate another person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

Some quizzes are based on established psychological instruments. Where applicable, we provide attribution and links to original sources. The MeasureYourself platform, design, and original content are our intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer

MeasureYourself is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Quiz results are not professional assessments and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeasureYourself shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
